What is Score Card?
Score Card is Wingmate's User goal management system. It allows Administrators to define individual Targets for each Member of their team. These targets can be easily tracked allowing both Administrators and the Team Members to easily see if they're hitting their Targets. Each Target specifies:
- Action/Item: Status Update, Lead, Reminders, Comments
- Type: Each Action/Item has their own list of Types to monitor
- Users: The Users in which the target will be tracked for
Admins can create multiple targets and configure them to each individual user at any time.
How can you modify the Score Card Cadence and Save Date?
Step 1: Open the Score Card
- Go to Admin Console → Users → Score Card Tracking.
Step 2: Set a Time Period and Save Date
You can update these settings regardless of whether existing targets already exist.
Any changes will apply to both existing and future targets.
-
Select a Time Period that defines how frequently progress is evaluated:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Quarterly
Select a Next Save Date that defines when tracking resets and a new tracking cycle begins.
Once saved, all Score Card tracking will follow the new cadence and reset schedule.
Tips & Best Practices
If you update the cadence after targets are already in use, notify your team so they understand when their tracking will reset.
Changing the cadence affects all users and all targets, so coordinate changes with leadership when necessary.
The Next Save date must be set to a date in the future.
