Adding An Extra Pipeline (i.e. After-Sales, Service, Ticket, etc.)

Wingmate lets you add, create, and customize multiple pipeline(s). Talk with your CS Rep, to learn more!

Adding an extra pipeline(s) customized to your needs will seamlessly integrate with your Sales Pipeline. For example, after Closing on a Lead or tracking Service Issues, you can move them to the after-sales pipeline to manage their journey until the service/product is delivered. This pipeline can be customized with different user roles, stage names, and custom fields than the sales pipeline.

*Once a client is secured, Wingmate automatically transfers the lead into the appropriate pipeline.

 

Step 1:

Select 'Move Lead'.

Step 2:

Select the pipeline to which you want to move the Lead over to (you can have several pipelines to manage your business and clients).
