Analytics & What They Mean

Step 1:

  • Click the 'Pipeline Analytics' tab.
  • With all analytics, you can view the data by a cadence of your choice and filter for all users or by user type (Frontline, Sales or  Manager).

Leads Overview

This provides a summary of leads per sales cycle stage (which may have different names or stages depending on your company). You can choose to view data by the past week, month, three months, year, all time, or a custom date range, and filter by user or all users. The time used to sum leads in each sales cycle varies based on the selected date range.

Conversion

This displays the current stage of leads created within the specified date range.

  1. Last Updated – Shows the date the most recent lead was submitted, along with the lead number. You can click the lead number to view the lead directly.
  2. Last Converted – Displays the date and lead number when the most recent lead was Closed/Won.

Revenue Overview

The cumulative total for the specified date range is based on the estimated value assigned to each lead in the app or dashboard/CRM. You can also assign a status weight percentage to each sales cycle stage, reflecting the probability of closing, which impacts the $ value projection for each stage.

The commission earned by your Frontline is the total reward for the specified period.

Resulting in New Business – This shows the cumulative total broken down by stage.

Team Performance

This table provides a breakdown by team member of the total number of leads and the cumulative total value (see Revenue Overview above).

Team Activities

This chart breaks down the activities of Managers and Salespersons during the selected date range. If you're using our Inside Sales Support PM service, you can choose to include or exclude them from the analysis. It's a great way to assess their activity and success within your company.

Status Updates

This table provides an overview of status updates across the sales cycle for each user in your pipeline within the selected date range. You also have the option to export this data as a CSV file for your business needs (click on export).

Leader Board( Participation)

This analysis shows all leads in the pipeline within the selected date range, organized by user and sales cycle stage status. It also displays the number of engaged users out of the total users signed up since the platform's implementation.

Lead Breakdown

This analysis provides a breakdown of the total number of leads in each stage. Clicking "View All" will open a new tab with a list view of the dashboard, filtered by the selected stage. From there, you can click on each lead to view more details.

Active Users

This shows the number of days users were active in Wingmate. You can view this data at the All User level or by User Type, such as Frontline, Sales, or Manager.

PM Analytics

This analysis shows the number of leads pursued by the PM(s) during the selected date range if you are using our Inside Sales Support Service.
