Overview
This guide will help you enable Wingmate's Score Card feature and create your first targets. These targets allow you to track key pipeline activities for your team, such as Leads submitted, Activity created, and Reminders set.
What is Score Card?
Score Card is Wingmate's user tracking system. It allows administrators to define targets for members of their team. These targets can be easily tracked allowing both administrators and the team members to easily see if they're hitting their targets. Each target specifies:
- Action/Item: Status Update, Lead, Reminders, Comments
- Type: Each Action/Item has their own list of Types to monitor
- Users: The Users in which the target will be tracked for
Admins can create multiple targets and configure them to each individual user at any time.
How to Enable Score Card and Set Your First Targets?
Step 1: Open the Score Card
- Go to Admin Console → Users → Score Card Tracking.
- Click the Get Started button to open Score Card Tracking.
Step 2: Set a Time Period and Save Date
- Select a Time Period to track, the options are Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly.
- Select a Next Save date, the tracking will reset on this date.
Step 3: Add a Tracking Target
- Click on the "+" icon.
- A new row appears for configuration.
Step 4: Select a Target Action and Type
- In the new row, choose an Action.
- Then select an Type of Action to track.
Step 5: Add Users
- Click on the dropdown to select Users.
Step 6: Configure Targets for Each User
- Use the arrows or enter a number to configure the target amount.
- The numbers can be different for each User.
Tips & Best Practices
- Reminders and Comments can be tracked by custom types.
- You can have multiple of the same Actions tracked.
- You can give every User different Targets to achieve.
