What are Segments in Wingmate
A Segment is a saved search filter that provides quick access to your common searches. Segments can be shared with other Mid-Level or Manager accounts allowing you to distribute specific lead search results with other users on your team.
How to Share a Segment in Wingmate
Step 1: Navigate to the Segments page
Click on the on your profile in the top right of the screen and click on the "Segments" button.
Step 2: Click on the "Share" Button
In the "Actions" column of a saved Segment, click on the second action button titled "Share"
Step 3: Select a User and Save
Select the User or Users you wish to share the Segment with and click "Save"
Troubleshooting
- Ensure that the user you are sharing with has is a Mid-Level or Manager account.
- If you experience further issue creating a Segment, please contact Wingmate Support.
