In this guide, you'll learn how to create a Segment in the Browser version of Wingmate.
What are Segments?
Segments are a set of saved filters that provide efficient access to your common search criteria. They can be shared with other Mid-Level or Manager accounts, enabling you to distribute targeted lead lists across your team.
How to Create a Segment in Wingmate
Step 1: Opening the Filters slide out
Click on the filters button in the top right corner of your Wingmate dashboard view.
Step 2: Enter in the Filters and Save
Add the filters you wish to save to the Segment in the filter slide out. Once complete, click on the "Save" button in the top right of the filters slide out.
Step 3: Fill out the Segment Details
A modal with a form will appear for you to name your Segment and share it with anyone who should be able to see it. After filling out the form, press "Save" to complete adding your Segment.
Troubleshooting
If you're running into issues saving your Segment, please ensure:
- That your Segment has a valid name.
- If you experience further issue creating a Segment, please contact Wingmate Support.
