Overview
This guide shows you how to delete a lead from your Wingmate pipeline. You will learn where to find the delete option on a lead, how to confirm the deletion, and what happens afterward.
What Happens When You Delete a Lead?
Deleting a lead removes it from your pipeline and funnel view. Deleted leads are moved to the Trash Bin, where they can be restored later if you need them back. See the How to Restore a Deleted Lead article for details.
Step 1: Open the Lead
From the Funnel view, click the lead you want to delete to open its lead page. Then click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of the lead card.
Step 2: Select Delete this Lead
A menu opens with three options:
Export this Lead to PDF — saves a PDF copy of the lead.
Prevent this Lead from being deleted — protects the lead so it cannot be deleted.
Delete this Lead — removes the lead from your pipeline.
Click Delete this Lead.
Step 3: Confirm the Deletion
A message appears asking You're about to delete this lead. Are you sure? Click Confirm to delete the lead, or Cancel to keep it.
Step 4: Return to the Funnel
After you confirm, Wingmate takes you back to the Funnel view. The lead no longer appears in its pipeline stage.
