Leads: How to Delete Images from a Lead

Overview

Images help provide visual context for your Leads, such as storefront photos, business cards, or site conditions, and are often imported directly into a Lead for easy reference.

This article walks you through how to safely remove images from a Lead whenever updates or clean-up are needed.

 


How to Delete Images from a Lead?

 

Step 1: Open the Lead

  1. Navigate to the Lead that contains the image you want to remove.

 

Step 2: Open the Image Manager

  1. Click the Add Image icon on the Lead.

  2. The image management window opens, displaying all existing images attached to the Lead.

 

Step 3: Select the Image to Delete

  1. Locate the image you want to remove.

  2. Click the “X” icon on the image.

  3. A confirmation alert appears.

 

Step 4: Confirm Image Deletion

  1. Click Yes to confirm deletion.

    • The selected image is removed.

    • The order of remaining images is not affected.

  2. Click No to cancel.

    • The confirmation alert closes and no changes are made.

 

Step 5: Exit the Image Manager

  1. Click Exit to close the image window.

  2. You will return to the Lead and see that the image has been successfully removed.

 


Tips & Best Practices

  • Deleting images is permanent - please review images before deleting to ensure no important information is lost.

  • Deleting an image does not affect other images or their display order.

  • If you remove an image by mistake, it must be re-uploaded manually.
