Leads: How to Add Images to a Lead

Overview

Each Lead on the Wingmate platform supports image attachments to provide essential visual context. While users typically upload these files during the initial creation process, images can also be appended to existing Leads. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to add visual documentation to a Lead that has already been submitted.

How to Add Images to a Lead

Step 1: Open a Lead

1. Select a Lead you wish to add images to.

Step 2: Click the "Edit Lead Photos" Button

The "Edit Lead Photos" button can be found in the bottom right of the image display.

Step 3: Add Photos to the Leads

1. To add photos to the lead, click the upload button.
2. Images can also be dragged in as well.

Step 4: Click "Exit"

1. Once you click "Exit" you will see your new Photos in the Lead Photo Carousel.

Tips & Best Practices

• Use multiple photos to give a complete visual for the Lead.
• You can export all of a Leads images into a single zip file.
• Lead photos can be arranged after they are uploaded.
• Lead photos can be deleted after they are uploaded.
