Overview
Reminders help ensure important tasks and follow-ups are not missed. Reminders can be completed if the task you've been assigned has been accomplished, cancelled if the task is no longer relevant and lastly pushed back if you need to extend the time to accomplish the task.
Wingmate provides two ways to complete or cancel a reminder:
From the Lead Details page
From the Reminders page
If you’re unsure how to create or manage reminders, please refer to: “How To Set A Reminder And View All Reminders.”

Set a reminder at a specific date and time
Assign reminders to yourself or other users
Choose different reminder types

Reminders appear in both the Lead Activities timeline and the Reminder calendar view, helping your team never miss an important action.
