Reminders: How to Push Back a Reminder

Overview

Reminders help your team stay organized by notifying users at a specific date and time about important tasks or follow-ups.

Sometimes schedules change, and when they do, you can easily push back a Reminder instead of deleting and recreating it.

If you’re unsure how to create or manage Reminders, please refer to:
“How To Set A Reminder And View All Reminders.”

This article explains the two ways you can push back a Reminder in Wingmate.

What is a Reminder?

A Reminder allows you to:

  • Set a reminder at a specific date and time

  • Assign reminders to yourself or other users

  • Choose different reminder types

  • Create repeating reminders

  • Add a custom message for context

Reminders appear in both the Lead Activities timeline and the Reminder calendar view, helping your team never miss an important action.
