Overview
The Score Card dashboard allows administrators and managers to review performance across the entire team.
It provides a clear visual breakdown of each user’s progress against their assigned targets, making it easy to monitor productivity, identify trends, and support coaching and performance reviews.
If you are unsure how to create or assign targets for users, please refer to the article: Score Card: How to Add Targets for a User.
What is Score Card?
Score Card allows Administrators to create tracking targets based on user activity in Wingmate.
Each target consists of the following components:
-
Action / Item: The activity being tracked, such as:
Status Updates
Leads
Reminders
Comments
Type: Each Action has its own list of Types that further define what is being monitored.
Users: The specific users the target applies to.
Target Amount: The number of actions a user is expected to complete within a defined time period.
By setting up Score Card targets, teams can clearly understand expectations and track progress against defined goals.
How can you view all Users’ Score Cards?
Step 1: Open Pipeline Analytics
Go to Analytics from the menu.
Click Pipeline Analytics.
Step 2: Click the Score Card Link in the Navigation Menu
From the Pipeline Analytics page, click on Score Card.
The Score Card dashboard loads.
Step 3: Select a User to view their Score Card
Use the User dropdown list to select a user.
Alternatively, type the user’s name into the search bar to quickly find them.
Step 4: Review the User’s Score Card Progress
View the bar charts displayed for the selected user.
Each bar represents progress toward a specific target.
How to read the bar chart:
Denominator: The target amount that was set for that activity.
Numerator: The number of actions the user has completed.
The bar fills as progress increases toward the target.
This makes it easy to see at a glance how close the user is to meeting their goals.
Tips & Best Practices
Use the Score Card view regularly to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure targets are reviewed and updated periodically so they stay aligned with business goals.
If a user does not appear in the Score Card view, confirm that targets have been assigned to them.
