If you ever forget your password as a salesperson or manager, follow the steps below to reset it.
Step 1:
First, on the sign-in page, click on the "Forgot your Password?" link.
Step 2:
You will then be asked to provide your Email or User ID for a new password link to be sent.
Step 3:
An email with instructions for resetting your password should arrive in your inbox. Click the "Reset your password" link.
Step 4:
Choose a password you will remember and enter it twice to confirm. Click "Save" to finalize the password change.
