EasyDocs: Setting Up Your Price Sheets

Overview

This guide walks you through how to create and configure Price Sheets in EasyDocs. Price Sheets are catalogues of the services or products your team sells. Once set up, your reps can add items directly to a lead — including quantities, pickup days, pricing, and any other custom fields you configure — without ever leaving the pipeline.

What is a Price Sheet?

A Price Sheet is a catalogue of items and pricing that your team can use to record services or products offered to leads. Each Price Sheet corresponds to a specific set of services, and you can have multiple Price Sheets to represent different service lines — for example, one for Front End Services and another for Roll Off Services.

When a rep selects a product from a Price Sheet on a lead, the pricing, quantity, and any custom fields you've configured are captured directly on the lead record. This data flows through to EasyDocs quote generation as well.

Step 1: Navigate to Price Sheets in the Admin Console

Click the gear icon (⚙) in the left-hand navigation bar to open the Admin Console. Scroll down to the EasyDocs section and click Price Sheets.

Step 2: Create a New Price Sheet

On the Price Sheets page, click the + (plus) button in the top-left to create your first price sheet. The New Price Sheet modal will appear.

Enter a Name for the price sheet — for example, Front End Services. You can also assign it to a specific Pipeline, or leave it set to All Pipelines to make it available across every pipeline in your account. Click Create to save.

Step 3: Add Items to Your Price Sheet

Once the price sheet is created, you will land on the sheet itself. It starts empty with three default columns: Name, Price ($), and Description. Click + Add Row in the top-right to add your first item.

Type the item name directly into the Name field and enter the base price in the Price field. Press + Add Row again to add additional items.

Step 4: Add Descriptions

Use the Description column to add a short note about each item. This is optional but helps your reps understand what each product covers when selecting from the sheet on a lead.

Step 5: Add Custom Columns

You can extend each row with additional columns to capture more specific information — such as Bin Size, Frequency, Pickup Days, or any other attribute relevant to your services. Click Edit Settings to open the price sheet configuration page.

Step 6: Configure Price Sheet Settings

Edit Settings — control the full configuration of the price sheet. It has four sections:

  1. General Settings — set the sheet name and which pipeline it applies to. You can also enable Price discounts below the minimum, require approval from Management, or hide the Price input when creating Purchases if you want to lock pricing for reps.
  2. Set Price Sheet Columns — these are extra columns that appear on the price sheet table itself (like Bin Size or Frequency). Click + to add a column, give it a name, and choose a type.
  3. Set Purchase Fields — these are fields that appear when a rep adds a product to a lead (the "Add a Product" modal). You can add fields like Quantity or Pickup Day(s) here, set the field type (Integer, Multi-Select, Decimal, etc.), and optionally fill the value from one of your Price Sheet Columns automatically.
  4. Visibility — control which leads this price sheet is available on by setting criteria. If no criteria are set, the sheet is available on all leads.

Step 7: Add Purchases Fields

In the Set Purchases Fields section, click + to add a field. Give it a name (e.g. Quantity or Pickup Day(s)), choose the field type, and optionally add a unit or set up a default value. For a Multi-Select field like Pickup Day(s), you can configure default options (Monday through Sunday) that reps can choose from when adding a product.

Tip: The Fill From dropdown on each Purchases Field lets you automatically pull the value from one of your Price Sheet Columns. For example, if you have a "Pickup Rate ($)" column on the price sheet, you can set a Purchases Field to fill its value from that column — saving reps from manually entering it each time.

Step 8: Using the Price Sheet on a Lead

Once your price sheet is saved, reps can use it directly on a lead. Open any lead and scroll down to the price sheet sections. Each price sheet you have created appears as its own section with an Expand button. Click the + (add) icon to add a product from that sheet.

The Add a Product modal will open. Select the item from the Choose Item dropdown, enter a price (the suggested price from your price sheet is shown for reference), fill in the Purchases Fields (such as Quantity and Pickup Days), and click Add.

Setting Up a Second Price Sheet

You can create as many price sheets as your business needs. Each one can have its own columns, purchase fields, and visibility rules. To add a second sheet, return to the Price Sheets page and click + again. The new sheet will appear as a separate tab at the top of the Price Sheets page.

For example, a Roll Off Services sheet might have a different column set — such as a Pickup Rate ($) column instead of Pickup Days — to reflect a different billing structure.

When the Fill From option is configured on a Purchases Field, reps will see the column value automatically suggested when they add a product from that sheet to a lead.

The Result on a Lead

Once both sheets are set up, a lead will show each price sheet as its own section. Reps can add products from any sheet, and each section will display the product name, price, and any custom fields — all captured cleanly in one place on the lead record.
