In the Wingmate app, you can add images to the comments while updating the activity of a Lead. This feature allows you to provide visual context that enhances the clarity of your updates and makes it easier for others on the team to understand the Lead's progress or current situation.
Picture in a Comment: Added to provide specific updates or context within a conversation thread.
Picture in the Lead Gallery: Saved as part of the Lead record, serving as a relevant detail for the overall Lead profile
Step 1:
- Go to the Track tab and select the Lead you'd like to add a picture comment to.
- Go to the "Add a comment" tab and click on the camera icon on the right-hand side.
Step 2:
- You will be redirected to a camera screen, where you can either take a (or multiple) photo(s) or select one from your phone's existing photo library.
- You can delete photos you took by clicking on the X symbol in the upper right corner of the image.
- Click Done.
Step 3:
- You can add a text comment alongside your pictures to give it more context. Don't forget to log what type of update it is - see Logging Activity.
- You can delete photos you took by clicking on the X symbol in the upper right corner of the image.
- When ready, click the white arrow on the right-hand side to submit your picture comment.
- Your picture comment will reflect on the Activities Section of your Lead Info Card.
