This guide will take you through what Wingmate Rolodex is and how its features work together, including finding contacts for your prospects, finding and adding companies to your pipeline, enriching lead information, and viewing your usage history.
What is Wingmate Rolodex?
Rolodex helps your Sales team discover new companies and enrich contact information directly on your Wingmate pipeline. With Rolodex, search for multiple companies by industry, job title, and more. After importing them, you can find contacts by job title, name, and location, and retrieve their phone number, email, and social media. With a press of a button, Wingmate will add them as a Lead and enrich their details in the background.
How do Rolodex Credits Work?
Rolodex is a credit-based add-on - as you request Rolodex to find contact or company information for your Leads, it will use the credits accordingly.
You can purchase credits on a monthly cycle, in which they are used as shown in the table below:

On the 1st of the Month, the credits reset to the monthly tranche you are in. Credits do not compound month over month.
Credits are only spent when information is successfully retrieved and added to your Pipeline.

Finding Contacts for Your Prospects
The Find Contacts feature lets you search for decision-makers and key stakeholders associated with a specific lead in your pipeline. You can search by job title, name, and location, and retrieve their phone number, email, and LinkedIn profile.
Once you identify the right contact, Wingmate will add them as a Lead and enrich their details in the background with a press of a button.
Moreover, the Enrich Lead feature allows you to take an existing company in your pipeline and automatically append verified data such as Industry, LinkedIn, Facebook, Company Description, and Number of Employees.

Finding & Adding Companies to Your Pipeline
The Find Companies feature lets you search Rolodex's company database and add new targets directly to your Wingmate pipeline. This is especially useful when prospecting new accounts or entering a new territory.
Search for companies by industry, job title, location, and more. After finding the right company, you can import it directly into your pipeline, and Wingmate will automatically add it and enrich its details.

Viewing Usage History
The Usage History section provides a full log of every Rolodex action you and your team have performed. This makes it easy to monitor credit consumption and audit what data has been looked up.
