This guide will walk you through what Wingmate FlyFill is and how it can help you quickly capture Lead information by scanning Business Cards, Storefronts, or even the sides of Vehicles.
With FlyFill, simply take a photo of a business, vehicle signage, or a business card, Wingmate’s AI will automatically extract key details and populate your Lead fields for you. This allows you to submit high-quality Leads faster, more accurately, and with minimal typing.
What is FlyFill?
FlyFill is Wingmate’s AI-powered scanning tool that helps you capture Lead information instantly.
It analyzes the image you take and extracts useful business details directly into your Lead form.
FlyFill can automatically detect and extract:
Business name
Contact name
Phone number
Email address
Website
Description
Address (for storefronts/vehicle sides)
What can FlyFill scan?
FlyFill supports scanning the following:
Business Cards
Storefronts
Sides of Vehicles (e.g., work vans, service trucks with company branding)
How to use FlyFill?
Before you start: Allow Camera & Album Access
To use FlyFill, make sure your device has granted Wingmate permission to access:
Camera - for taking photos
Photo Library / Album - if you want to upload an existing photo
If permissions are blocked, FlyFill will not activate.
You can check or update permissions in your device’s Settings app under Wingmate → Permissions.
Step 1: Open the Wingmate App
Open the Wingmate mobile application on your device.
Step 2: Tap the Camera Icon
On the main screen, tap the camera icon located at the center bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Scan Using Your Camera
Point your camera at one of the scannable items:
Business Card
Storefront
Side of a Vehicle
Ensure the business details are visible and clear.
Step 4: Activate FlyFill and Align the Object
Tap the FlyFill icon at the bottom-right corner.
The icon will light up when FlyFill is ready to scan.
Position the Business Card / Storefront / Vehicle signage inside the onscreen rectangle.
Hold your phone steady for best accuracy.
Step 5: Capture the Image
Tap the red shutter button to take the photo.
Step 6: Review Auto-Filled Information
FlyFill will automatically populate relevant fields on the Lead submission page.

Step 7: (Optional) Add Missing Details
If certain fields are not automatically filled in, you may enter the remaining information manually.
Step 8: Submit Your Lead
Review the populated information.
Tap Submit to send in your Lead.
Tips & Best Practices
Ensure good lighting to improve scanning accuracy.
For storefronts or vehicles, stand directly in front of the sign for best recognition.
Review all populated details before submitting your Lead.
If FlyFill misses data, try taking a closer or clearer photo.
