Territories: Assigning a Territory in Wingmate

This guide explains how to assign a Territory to a user in your Wingmate Pipeline. Assigning Territories allows you to assign specific team members to be responsible for each region, these default owners will be assigned automatically to any Lead in the Territory.

What are Territories in Wingmate

Territories organize your Leads geographically by allowing you to define and mark each area directly on a map. This is an excellent tool for tracking regional assignments within your Wingmate Pipeline, ensuring clear oversight. Whenever a Lead's location falls within a Territories' boundaries, it is automatically tagged in the Territory, which is shown on the Lead Details page.
