How to Log An Activity via The Mobile App

Here's a quick guide on how to log an activity using the Wingmate Mobile App, so you can easily track and manage your interactions on the go.

 

Step 1:

  • Go to your Track tab and Select your Lead.
  • Once you've selected your lead, you will be redirected to the Lead Info Card. 
  • At the bottom of your screen, you'll see the "Add a comment" tab. You can type the update or information you'd like to add to your lead.

Step 2:

  • After typing your comment, make sure you select what type of activity it is. 
  • Activity updates in the Wingmate Mobile App include various types such as phone calls, emails, cold drop-ins, social media interactions, or general updates, allowing you to capture every aspect of your engagement.
  • Select the white arrow on the right-hand side of the comment tab to log the activity. This will be reflected in the Activity section of your Lead Info Card.
