You can track your pipeline manager's activity in Wingmate on the pipeline activity and analytics page.
Pipeline Activity:
Here you can view all activity by user and custom date range. This report gives you a list of activities undertaken by the user in the selected time period and the lead associated with it. These activities are any action a user has taken for leads, including updates, setting reminders, moving a lead through the pipeline, etc.

You can then select the user name, activity type and custom date range
or, if you prefer, by business name to get an in-depth view of each lead's performance and type of activity, as seen below.

You can also export the results to a CSV file.
The analytics page in Wingmate will give you a high-level overview of your PM's activity. For example, to track the number of phone calls, reminders, status changes, and updates, click on the analytics logo(1) and select Team Activities (2) in the navigation menu on the left.

This chart shows you all users, including your pipeline manager, during the selected date range. You also have the option to deselect/select the activities you would like to analyze.
PM Analytics
This analytics (found at the bottom of the analytics page) will show you the number of leads chased by the PM(s) for the selected date range.
