You can monitor your Pipeline Manager's activity in Wingmate through the Pipeline Activity and Analytics page.
Pipeline Activity:
Step 1:
Hover over to the left of Wingmate's CRM. Click 'Pipeline Activity'.
Step 2:
Here, you can view all activity by user within a custom date range. This report provides a list of actions taken by the user during the selected period, along with the associated lead. Activities include any actions on leads, such as updates, setting reminders, and moving leads through the pipeline.
- You can also export the results to a CSV file.
Analytics Page:
The Analytics page in Wingmate provides a high-level overview of your PM's activity. To track metrics like the number of phone calls, reminders, status changes, and updates.
- Click the 'Analytic' Tab.
PM Analytics:
This analytics (found at the bottom of the analytics page) will show you the number of leads chased by the PM(s) for the selected date range.
