Occasionally, if the driver opens the app too quickly before it secures a GPS/location lock, or if the Google Address Lookup API cannot find an address for that specific location, it may result in an "unknown address."
In a rare case, the driver might also manually delete the address and enter "Unknown address..."
The address field in the app is a standard editable field, similar to the Description field. We aim to pre-fill it for convenience (and it usually works), but if an address doesn’t auto-populate for any reason, the driver should manually enter it in the address field before submitting the lead.
