We wanted to share some of our favourite tips for using the Wingmate Mobile App.
1. Set reminders on a lead.
You can set reminders on a lead straight from the mobile app, which will sync with the CRM/Dashboard desktop. It is a great way to keep on top of your leads and manage them while on the road.
2. Add photos and voice notes photos to a lead.
Entering information is not always easy, so add voice notes and additional photos to capture further information on the lead.
3. Leave updates and tag users.
Leave comments and updates on the go. You can also tag other users, so they get notified immediately. Allowing you to work closer with timely communication.
4. Search for a lead.
Searching for a business in your pipeline has never been easier. Use the search feature on the mobile app using multiple search criteria to narrow it down to the business name you are looking for.
5. Use the map feature
Use the map view to plan appointments and cold drop-ins—a great way to use your time when you are out on the road. You can toggle between the map and list view.
