Wingmate allows you to create and add an after-sales/service pipeline to your campaign that seamlessly integrates with the sales pipeline. Once a client has been won, or you would like to track service issues, you can now move and copy the client over to the after-sales/service pipeline to manage the handoff and their client journey until the service/product has been resolved/delivered. Additionally, the after-sales/service pipeline can be customized to reflect this phase of the client's journey and have different users to the sales pipeline. The
Below is an example of what this may look like for you.
1. Copy the client from the sales pipeline by going into the lead's detailed view, clicking on the ellipsis( 3 dots), and clicking 'copy to another pipeline.'

Select the pipeline you would like to move the client to (you can have several pipelines to manage your business and clients), and click on the copy button. This will now create a copy of the lead in the aftersales pipelines and maintain that lead in the sales pipeline. Copying leads from your sales pipeline to your aftersales/service pipeline will automatically generate a link across the campaigns for you! Find out more about linking leads here.

The client will now appear in the first stage of the aftersales, which in this example is the Installs pipeline, allowing you to work, manage, and track the product/service to your client.

As is visible from the examples above, creating an additional pipeline allows you to manage your existing clients and track and record their journey beyond sales.
