Welcome to the admin/manager training on how to set up and customize the dashboard/CRM. There are essentially four components to customizing Wingmate. The five training videos will walk you through how to customize each one.
1. Multiple pipelines/campaigns. This video will take you through setting up one or more pipelines/campaigns for your company. Multiple pipelines allow you the ability to separate the intel you are tracking, and there are numerous advantages and benefits associated with it.
2. Customize sale cycle stages for each pipeline. This video will walk you through how to customize deal stages and names for each pipeline.
3. Customize fields. This video will take you through customizing fields to capture relevant information by setting up fields associated with the intel you are tracking.
4. Rewards. This video will take you through how to set up your rewards program for your lead generators. You can tie in rewards to any stage of your sales cycle. Please note that if you change your reward structure midst program, it will be reflected from that moment on and will not be reflected retrospectively to leads already submitted when you run the payout reports.
5. What is a good lead? This is only applicable if you have the frontline lead generator app. This video will explain how you can set up the program details so that your frontline can refer to the 'What is a good lead?' program on their app and start submitting leads and earning rewards.
