If a lead is ever accidentally moved forward in the sales cycle, it is important to correct it so that everything stays organized and on track.
To move a lead back, you must first un-assign the lead from the sales rep (see Fig1). This will reset the lead to the first step in the sales cycle. You can then re-assign the lead to the sales rep (see Fig2) and move it forward to the correct stage (see Fig3).
