If you ever forget your password as a salesperson or manager, follow the steps below to reset it.
1. First, on the sign-in page, click on the "Forgot your password?" link. (see Fig1)

2. You will then be asked to provide your email address or User ID for a new password link to be sent to. (see Fig2)

3. An email with instructions for resetting your password should arrive in your inbox. Click the "Reset your password" link. (see Fig3)

4. Choose a password you will remember and enter it twice to confirm. Click "Save" to finalize the password change. (see Fig4)
