As a manager, sometimes you need to drop a lead a frontline user submits. This can be tough especially at the beginning of a new initiative when your team is excited about the campaign. As for dropping the lead:
1. Click on the "Drop Lead" button in your Sales Dashboard (see image below)
2. Provide a valid reason for rejecting the lead.
3. Click on Reject.
