As a manager, sometimes you need to drop a lead a frontline user submits. This can be tough especially at the beginning of a new initiative when your team is excited about the campaign. The best way to handle this is to explain why it didn't fit the parameters and make sure they know What a good lead is by sending them your program details.
To drop the lead, you can either do it from the main dashboard view or by clicking on the lead itself.
1. Main dashboard - Simply drag and drop the lead in the Closed/Lost column. You are also able to leave a note/update in the lead itself by clicking on it.

2. You can click on the lead and change the status of the lead by clicking on the Closed/Lost button.
