Sometimes the timing isn't right for the customer, and you may have to revisit the prospect at a future date. To archive a lead opportunity, follow the simple steps below:
1. Click the "Archived/Future Opportunity" button in the Status column on your detailed view of the lead.

2. In the "Archive Lead" details box, set the date and a reminder message. Make sure you select the date and the user (if you are a manager, you can do this) you'd like to set the reminder and notification for.
