Sometimes the timing isn't right for the customer, and you may have to revisit the opportunity in the future. To archive a lead opportunity, follow the simple steps below:
1. Click the "Archive/Future Opportunity " button in the sales cycle stages to the left of the picture on your detailed view of the lead (Fig1.).

2. An "Archive Lead" details box will pop up, set the date, time and a reminder message. First, use the inner and outer arrows on either side of the month to select the desired month and year, as seen in Fig2. Then, from the calendar, please select the date and time in the box to the right. This will be the date and time you will receive an email and a notification to prompt you to follow up. The lead will also move from the archive stage to the stage it initially sat in when it was first archived ready for you to work the lead across the sales cycle.
